Step 1: Create Your Account
Create your Parcel Horse account using the login page.

Step 2: Book a New Shipment
Log in and click on "Book New Shipment" to submit your request. Once your booking is confirmed, we will generate the shipping label and send it to you as a PDF via WhatsApp or email.

Step 3: Pack Your Parcel Securely
Pack your items carefully and seal the box using white cello tape. For extra protection, you may also use cling film or white/black shrink wrap.

Step 4: Attach the Shipping Label
Print the shipping label and attach it securely to the parcel. Please cover the label with white cello tape to ensure it does not peel off during transit.

Step 5: Choose a Collection Slot
Select your preferred collection day (Monday to Friday) and time slot: 09:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Our driver will collect your parcel within the selected estimated time window.

Note: Enjoy additional savings when you drop off your parcel at our Newcastle warehouse.
Parcel Horse provides free packing materials, including boxes, tape, shrink wrap, and bubble chips, to help you pack your parcel securely.

Important Note: Packaging materials are available only at our warehouse and must be used on-site. These materials are not sent to pick-up addresses.
You can send the following items through Parcel Horse:
• Clothing & Accessories: Tops, sweaters, jeans, jackets, scarves, caps, etc.
• Kitchen & Household Items: Kitchenware, utensils, non-fragile household items, and glassware (well packed)
• Footwear: All types of shoes
• Personal Items & Accessories: Handbags, stationery, personal accessories, and basic toiletries (non-liquid, non-restricted)
• Small Electrical Items (Without Batteries): Phone chargers, kettles, hair straighteners, blenders, etc.
• Chocolates, Dry Fruits & Nuts: Allowed up to a maximum of 2 kg per shipment

Each parcel must not exceed 25 kg in weight, in line with health and safety regulations.

Important: Parcels weighing more than 25 kg will attract a £30 Heavy Weight Surcharge. This surcharge does not apply if the parcel is dropped off at our warehouse or sent directly to us.
Parcel Horse charges based on the higher of the actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight, rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Actual Weight: The physical weight of your parcel measured on a scale. Example: If your parcel weighs 15.3 kg, you will be charged for 16 kg.

Volumetric (Dimensional) Weight: Calculated based on the size of your parcel using the formula: (Length × Width × Height) ÷ 5000. Example: 60 × 40 × 40 = 96,000 ÷ 5000 = 19.2 kg, charged as 20 kg.

Final Charge: You will be charged based on whichever weight is higher—actual or volumetric.
Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, the estimated delivery timelines are:
7–13 working days for delivery to major cities
10–15 working days for delivery to remote areas

*Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, or unforeseen operational delays.
The following items cannot be shipped due to international courier regulations, customs laws, or safety concerns:

Food & Agricultural Products:
• Perishable food items
• Plants, seeds, and vegetables
• Spices
• Honey
• Confectionery
• Tinned or canned food
• Meat and animal products
• Milk and dairy products

Valuables & Sensitive Goods:
• Precious and semi-precious stones
• Gold and silver
• Nutritional supplements
• Medicines for commercial use
• Drugs and cosmetics

Other Commonly Restricted Items:
• Batteries or electronic items with built-in batteries
• Liquids (including perfumes and flammable liquids)
• Sharp objects, blades, or knives
• Cosmetics (creams, lotions, makeup products)
• Cigarettes, vapes, or tobacco products
• Mobile phones, laptops, tablets, or iPads
• Toiletries such as creams and lotions
• Nail polish, hair spray, and pressurized containers
• Medicines without a valid prescription or intended for resale
